Terms and Conditions | Noble Compare Parking

Before finalizing your booking, it is important to read and understand our Terms & Conditions. These terms define your agreement with us and apply once your payment has been processed.

1. About Us

These Terms & Conditions are governed by English law and take effect when we issue a booking reference via our website or, in exceptional cases, through phone communication. Both you (the customer) and Noble Compare Parking (Company No: 16328860) agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

These terms apply specifically to bookings made through Noble Compare Parking, whether via our website, app, customer service center, or affiliate partners using our platform. Noble Compare Parking acts as a comparison and booking platform, partnering with various independent service providers who offer airport parking. When you book, your contract is directly with the selected provider, and their specific Terms & Conditions apply. You can find or request their policies on their respective websites.

By completing a booking, you confirm your acceptance of these Terms & Conditions, which come into effect once we provide you with a booking reference number.


2. Before You Make a Booking

We aim to provide accurate and detailed information about all available airport parking options. However, each service (Meet and Greet, Park and Ride, On-site Parking) is subject to the terms of the individual provider.

Noble Compare Parking functions as an intermediary, meaning we facilitate the booking process by passing your details to the provider and sending you a booking confirmation on their behalf.

For airport parking, we collaborate with multiple providers across the UK. Prices and availability may change, so please review all product details carefully before making a reservation. Refund requests based on insufficient information about a parking product will not be accepted.

Your contract for parking services will be directly with the car park provider, and their individual Terms & Conditions will govern your booking. These details will be available in your booking confirmation email.

All prices displayed include VAT, and rates may fluctuate depending on demand and availability. To lock in the price you see, we recommend booking immediately. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors or modify incorrectly listed prices on our website.

If you use a discount code, the applied discount will be clearly displayed. Make sure to select an option that explicitly allows discounts before applying a promotional code.


3. Booking Process

Pricing Information

  • All displayed prices include VAT.

  • A non-refundable booking fee is applied to all reservations and is payable at the time of booking.

  • Some car parks may have minimum stay requirements. If your stay is shorter, you will still be charged the minimum duration rate.

  • Prices may vary based on the duration of stay and seasonal demand.

  • Some car parks have vehicle restrictions based on size and height—additional charges may apply. Please check before booking.

  • Discounts and promotional codes cannot be combined unless stated otherwise.


4. Cancellations and Amendments

We understand that plans change, and we strive to provide flexibility within reasonable limits. Each car park provider has its own cancellation and amendment policy, which you should review before booking.

Cancellations

  • Cancellations must be processed through Noble Compare Parking, not directly with the parking provider.

  • Non-Flexible (Non-Flex) bookings cannot be canceled or amended unless cancellation cover has been purchased.

  • To cancel, email info@noblecompareparking.co.uk with your booking reference number. Requests must be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled arrival at the car park.

  • Cancellations made more than one month in advance incur a £10 admin fee (unless cancellation cover was purchased).

  • Cancellations made within one month of the booking incur a £5 admin fee (unless cancellation cover was purchased).

  • No refunds will be issued for partially used bookings.

  • Cancellation cover waives the admin fee but requires at least 72 hours' notice before the scheduled arrival.

Amendments

  • Non-Flexible (Non-Flex) bookings incur a £5 amendment charge.

  • Flexible bookings can be amended free of charge.

  • Amendments are subject to availability and may result in price changes.

5. Arriving at the Car Park

Upon booking, you will receive a confirmation email with essential details for accessing the car park.

For Park & Ride / On-Site Parking:

Please have:

  • Directions to the car park

  • Contact details of the parking provider

  • Your booking reference or voucher

  • The card used for booking (if required for automated entry)

For Meet & Greet Parking:

Please have:

  • Directions to the airport terminal drop-off point

  • The chauffeur’s contact number

  • Arrival instructions provided in your confirmation email

Some airports charge additional drop-off fees. These fees are not included in your booking and must be paid separately.

Vehicle Security & Key Handling:

  • Some providers require you to leave your car keys for efficient parking management. This is a standard practice and completely secure.

  • Remove all personal belongings from your vehicle except essential items like key codes.

Your vehicle must be roadworthy, with valid tax and MOT.


6. Collecting Your Vehicle

Car park providers are liable for any proven negligence during the parking period, as per their own Terms & Conditions.

Inspection Before Departure:

Before leaving the car park:

  • Inspect your vehicle for any damage.

  • Report any concerns immediately to the provider.

  • Once you exit the car park, claims cannot be processed.


7. Complaints & Liability

If you encounter any issues with your parking service, report it to the provider before leaving. Many providers will not accept complaints after vehicle collection.

Noble Compare Parking acts as a booking agent and holds no liability for:

  • Vehicle damage, loss, or theft while parked.

  • Personal items left inside the vehicle.

  • Any operational failures by the parking provider.

If a dispute remains unresolved, submit your complaint to us within 10 days of your return by emailing info@noblecompareparking.co.uk. A response will be provided within 10 working days.


8. Limitation of Liability

Noble Compare Parking’s liability is limited to the total cost of your booking, including parking fees and booking charges. We do not accept liability for:

  • Factors beyond our control, including extreme weather, strikes, or airport disruptions.

  • Any direct, indirect, or consequential losses arising from changes to your parking arrangement.


9. Modifications to Terms & Conditions

Noble Compare Parking reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Your continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the latest version.
